Tests 113 foods
Food Intolerance symptoms can appear up to 72 hours after eating the offending foods and are difficult to pinpoint using conventional methods. In the case of an intolerance, partly digested food enters the blood stream and triggers an abnormal immune system reaction.
This reaction tends to lead to long term problems such as anxiety, mouth ulcers, aching joints and muscles, fatigue, headaches/migraine, sinus and mucus problems, digestive disturbances (indigestion, discomfort, bloating and gas) hyperactivity and weight gain.
NB: Food Allergies: An ALLERGIC reaction is immediate and occurs very soon after eating allergenic foods. With a true allergy the immune system mistakes a food for an invader and goes into overdrive to repel it.
The sufferer is immediately aware of the problem (the only reliable test for Allergic reactions is a blood test). We have found that many clients who suffer from hayfever, asthma, skin disorders, weight problems and hormone imbalances actually have a food intolerance and once the food has been identified it can be removed from the diet for approximately six weeks.
The intolerance will then actually clear and the food can be reintroduced. Many of our clients report sleeping better, awaking refreshed, losing weight, having clearer skin and amazing energy levels.
