Herpes Simplex
Herpes Simplex virus causes highly contagious blisters around the mouth and lips (cold sores) or genitals. Minor infections, stress, sun or cold exposure, nutritional deficiencies, food intolerances, acid forming foods such as protein and foods high in arginine or low in lysine can activate the virus.
If Herpes Simplex is recurrent, it is worth investigating further as to why this is. We have found that more often than not there is underlying adrenal fatigue. This means that the body is actually quite exhausted and depleted in essential nutrients. There can be food intolerances which are actually creating a strain on the body every time they are ingested which can further weaken the system.
We use the 'Health Detective Screening System' to check the full body. This means that each of the meridians and organs are checked to see if they are stressed or weakened and then underlying causes are checked such as other viruses, bacterias, pesticides, all which can weaken the immune system causing a re-emerging of the virus.
From the information acquired during the screening, a Programme is developed that may include a short detoxification period, juicing, dietary adjustments, herbal and nutritional support for the immune and endocrine systems.
Please telephone or email to book a 'Full Body Screening/ Food/ Hormone/ Vitamin and Mineral' test. This test takes about 2 hours.
Some people do find that they improve dramatically following the advice given after just the 'Food/ Hormone/ Vitamin and Mineral' test which is a less expensive option, but may not be thorough enough in some cases.
