Recent studies show that heart & artery abnormalities are nearly always associated with abnormally high levels of homocysteine and / or high levels of LDL cholesterol.

We use the time during a Naturopathic Consultation to ensure that your diet and lifestyle are pro-health. Iridology is also used to determine areas of weakness in the body or potential areas of toxicity. Some basic vitamins and minerals are checked using the 'Health Detective Screening System' to ensure that the blood is receiving and absorbing key nutrients.

This is the basic starting point for good heart and artery health but other tests that may be useful at a later date are the '' test to determine if toxins from the bowel are causing 'sludgy' blood, if stress hormones are constricting the blood flow and if an organ such as the kidney is under strain. We can work alongside your GP's recommendations.
