Emma Skinner
Emma is a Nutritionist and Naturopath and is registered with BANT; the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy. Emma works primarily in the field of Nutrition but supports her treatment with Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Ear Acupuncture, Iridology, Celloid Tissue Salts and Bach Flower Remedies where appropriate.
Emma has particular interest and experience in IBD and other digestive conditions, and in providing support with family planning issues including; preconception, fertility, pregnancy, lactation and weaning. However, Nutritional therapy has wide ranging applications and can help with a variety of clinical conditions.
Emma's interest in this area of consultation started at University where, after spending three years studying Biomedical Sciences at Durham University, Emma earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours. She then spent a further three years studying to achieve a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a Diploma in Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
Emma was born in Wilmslow and has worked in London and in Sydney. She offers consultations in person, by email or by phone.
