Colds & Flu
The common cold is a viral infection of the respiratory tract. Symptoms include coughing, sneezing, fatigue, headache, blocked nose, watery eyes and sore throat. Flu is a more serious viral infection, symptoms include fever, chills, headache, muscle ache and fatigue
There are people who seem to be constantly 'under-par', always feeling a bit 'fluey' or succumbing to one cold after another. In our experience, there can be a number of factors; food intolerances (eating something everyday which is actually acting as more of a poison), adrenal gland fatigue (excess stress, pregnancy, feeling unhappy or overwork can deplete this gland), Vitamin and Mineral deficiencies (the body doesn't have the correct nutrients to expel the toxins).
The first course of action is to identify what factors are depleting the body or compromising the immune system. There are two tests that are recommended in order to ascertain the reason and it would depend on personal preference as both are effective but one is more comprehensive.
