Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure or hypertension may be related to heart and circulatory problems or kidney disease. Care should be taken with salty foods. Ideally balance the diet with foods containing potassium - see below.
Many of our clients come as a result of a 'high blood pressure' diagnosis. They wish to adjust their diet and lifestyle for several months before re-visiting the Doctor to see if it has made a difference. There are many clients who are helped by making these simple changes and taking herbal remedies. Some people still need to take blood pressure medication but not at such a high dosage.
We have had much success through the Vitamin and Mineral Test using the 'Health Detective Screening System' to help identify nutritional imbalances. Once these have been identified, a programme is tailored that tends to include an adjustment of diet, a short detoxification and herbal/ nutritional remedies. See case history.
