I am a qualified Bowen Therapist, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Reflexologist and Spiritual Healer, specialising in Bowen, Reflexology and Spiritual Healing.
I have had a passionate interest in health and well-being from an early age and, after finishing school, went on to study for a degree in Clinical Psychology, followed by research into the field of stress and illness.
Several years later, whilst pursuing a successful career in business, I developed various chronic illnesses and, when orthodox medicine failed to alleviate my symptoms, I turned to holistic therapies. My experience of these therapies and the various therapists I met had a huge impact on my life. As my symptoms began to disappear and my health and vitality return, I came to understand more about the true nature of illness and the physical, emotional and psychological changes that may be required for us to return to the state of perfect health and well-being that is our right.
As a result of this continuing journey, I am a committed health therapist and healer. I believe that where we have an intention to change a situation that causes us distress or pain, we can. Whether the pain or discomfort is physical, emotional or psychological, I can help you to alleviate symptoms in just a few sessions or work with you over longer periods of time.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience and, over the years, have seen the most dramatic changes in people's health and well-being. I am committed to helping people be as healthy as they can be and very much look forward to working with you.
