Angina

Angina

Refers to chest pain, usually on exertion or when under stress. The pain is caused by an intermittent lack of oxygen to the heart muscles, which may be due to the narrowing of arteries.

Natural Practices recommend:

Physiotherapy may increase exercise capacity, reduce the number of angina attacks and is known for a low incidence of unwanted side effects. A good diet is essential and at Natural Practices we can assess your diet and assist you in gentle detoxification. This is through our Clinic using naturopathic principles to devise a tailored programme for you. Please book a 'Naturopathic / Herbal Consultation' with Naturopath, Herbalist and Iridologist Gabi Heyes who is trained to identify possible nutritional deficiencies and imbalances in lifestyle which can worsen angina. The Consultation takes about an hour.
