The concept of Alcoholism is that alcoholics might be allergic to the ingredients in alcoholic beverages. This causes deficiencies of those ingredients in the system and leads to strong cravings for such beverages. The substances that people are usually allergic to are B Vitamins, Sugar, Grapes, Brewer's Yeast, Malt or Corn - and this causes people to become addicted to an alcoholic beverage that contains any or all of the allergens.
At Natural Practices we can help to identify allergens using the 'Health Detective' Screening System. Please contact us.
